Shipping Policy

We are committed to delivering your ORDER accurately, in good condition and always on time.


Please note our shipping policy as follows:


We currently deliver all across the globe.
  • Currently, each order may be shipped only to a single destination address. If you wish to ship products to different addresses, you shall need to make different shipping address

  • In International :- we make our best efforts to Deliver each item in your order within 10-15 working days.

  • ¬†In India :- we make our best efforts to ship each item in your order within 3 working days of the order. However in some cases, we may take longer, up to 15 working days, to ship the order. In the unlikely event that we are not able to ship your order completely within 15 days of the order, we shall cancel the remaining unshipped part of the order, and send you an email informing you about the same. In such cases, your payment against the unshipped part of the order shall be refunded; in the manner you have made the payment. .( Customized Orders will be shipped within 21 days of order )

  • We ship on all week days (Monday to Saturday), excluding public holidays. Delivery timings are between 10 am to 6 pm

  • To ensure that your order reaches you in the fastest time and in good condition, we only ship through reputed courier agencies.

  • While we shall endeavor to ship all items in your order together, this may not always be possible due to product characteristics, or availability.

  • If you believe that the product is not in good condition, or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged, before accepting delivery of the goods, please refuses to take delivery of the package, and call our Customer Care or mail us at info@efello.com, mentioning your order reference number. We shall make our best efforts to ensure that a replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest

  • Please note all items (including gifts) will be shipped with an invoice mentioning the price, as per Local Tax Regulations.

  • Customized orders :- However in some cases and As per your size orders (Customized orders ) , we may take longer, up to 21 working days, to ship the order. In the unlikely event that we are not able to ship your order completely within 21 days of the order, we shall cancel the remaining unshipped part of the order, and send you an email informing you about the same. In such cases, your payment against the unshipped part of the order shall be refunded; in the manner you have made the payment. ( Customized Orders will be shipped within 21 days of order )

 

SPECIAL  INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY :-

These charges are only from those customers who want the parcels to be delivered as registered delivery where customer signature is required. This is especially in case of Big value of order where there is risk of mishandling by the courier company/wrong delivery of parcel or parcels left at front door etc. etc. Customer who pay these charges are extra secured regarding delivery on time and to correct customer These charges are paid to forwarding company as special delivery charge.

A. Transit Risk:


efello.com is shipping all parcels as fully insured at no extra cost to customers. If courier company fails to deliver, you do not suffer any loss. In-transit risk is all ours. But efello.com will not responsible for lost and stolen packages or any full or partial damages to the package after being left at customer's address by postal / courier agency.

B. Shipment and Tracking details:


We will send you an email regarding the shipment of your order, as soon as the items are handed over to the Courier. These alert EMAILS and SMS will contain message about courier company website details along .You may also check the same on our order status page.

Tracking numbers for orders shipped might take 24 business hours to become active on the courier websites.

C. Address change requests:


Once an order is registered, you cannot make any alterations. However, address alteration requests may be accommodated within 48 hours of placing the order. You may send your alteration request to info@efello.com and the need full will be done.

D. Incorrect or Incomplete address:


Please note: some Delivery companies charge a penalty for incorrect shipping addresses, wherein the address and zip/post/pin code do not match. The customer will, without exception, bear the cost of any such penalties and/or fees. Please make sure your shipping address is correct.
In the event of a re-shipment of the same order, customers will be responsible to pay re-shipping charges for the reshipment

E. What if Delays:

Time to ship mentioned on our website against each item is indicative and approximate values only and sometimes due to situations beyond our control, delays may occur. No refund, Charge Back, Returns, Replacement & exchange will be entertained for this reason.

However benefits such as some store credit to be used for future orders, free gift etc can be allowed on case to case basis.

If, for any reason, there is going to be a delay in shipping because a item is out of stock or If there is an unusual delay in filling an order, we will notify you by e-mail

However any dates for delivery are approximate only and we are not liable for any delay in delivering your order or any part of it. We may choose to deliver your order in separate parts. In some cases we may offer to refund you for unfulfilled part of the order.
